Description

Drill starts in both ends on whistle.
F1 and F2 swing down and breakout on coach.
F1 and F2 gain redline and dump/wrap.
Goalie stops and sets for D4.
F1 and F2 breakout on D4.
D4 closes gap and plays 2on1 from other end.
F1 and F2 go 2on1 against D1.
Progresses to 3-1 and then 3-2.
Heads up through center.
