Description
D starts on 1 knee
F1 starts facing the play, Coach passes a puck to F1, F1 trys to take the puck to the net.
D closes on F1 and either trys to pin or knock puck off his stick
Coach blows whistle and D turns to close gap on F2.
F2 Starts facing the wall, Coach passes to F2, F2 attacks the net.
