Description
Breakout: Players line on blueline, coach dumps puck into corner. Defense skates to puck then passes to the winger who is curling up the boards. Winger can bank off boards or pass to centre who is curling up the middle. Off winger curls and stays wide.
Shooting against boards: position players along a line; have them aim for mark agaist boards keeping puck on the line. Looking for accuracy, speed and ability to raise the puck.
Pass & Shoot: Coaches pass puck to players one at a time who are lined up in a deep horseshoe (outside hash marks) player receives pass and looks up and shoots at open area on the net. If able to raise the puck have the player raise it on the shot.
