RW skates up ice with puck and passes to RD1 (RD & LD start on red line and skate backwards
RD pass to LD (LD Hinges creating a stagger)
RW and LW post up
C supports
F1 Skates Down the wing for a shot on net

Notes: Rotate D-Men
Run through each line
Can add two defenders to make it a 3 on 2
Can also add a forechecker
