Description

First player in each line begins on whistle.

F's skate across ice through neutral zone dots before turning up ice and attacking D's (Could add a give and go with next D in line--BLUE)

D's close gap by rounding centre dot, then transitioning to backward skating.

Notes: Progressions:
1. Regroup and attack original end (RED)
2. 2 vs 1...Second F rounds centre dot(or pylon) and joins F from opposite end in attack. (PURPLE)
3. After rush, new F from line up carries puck below goalline and down low situation plays out.
