Description

2 groups of 4 players at a time. Offensive group (blue) starts with puck outside blue line. Defensive group (red) inside the zone. Objective is to keep possession of the puck and score with min 2 passes before. If the defensive group gets possession of the puck, they must exit the zone and back in before they can score. If the goalie freezes the puck, the defensive group takes the puck out and back in. Sub groups in after 5 mins.
