Description

Station 1: X skates 2 strides gets pass from O, no stick handle, quick shot (if on backhand take pass on backhand, change to forehand and shoot, or shoot backhand)

Station 2: 3 puck passing, start with 1 puck, add 2, then 3.

Station 3: O starts in front of the net, O shoots low on ice hard pass, O stops puck tries to score, then goes around 1 cone, gets a shot from O to tip in motion, continues around cone in a figure 8 for a 3rd shot to tip, then in line.
