Description

forwards line up at the 4 cones. D-men starts on belly at hash marks. On coaches signal he calls out one of the cones. Forward tries to score and d-men tries to stop him in a 1-1. play is done if F scores or d stops. once done coach calls out another number. d posts up and goes 1-1 with forward. Each D runs through 4-5 times. Next one up.
