Description

2 on 2 or 3 on 3.
Coach shoots in puck. Possession changes must occur by pass to the D. D play for both teams but only help team with possession.
If other team scores, losing teams does burpees. Amount can be chosen by kids beforehand.

Burpees used to simulate "own zone" fear and urgency.
