Description

Coach dumps puck in either corner
F1 forechecks and retrieve puck - Skate the puck up the wall and cycle back to the corner.
F2 reads the cycle and picks up puck in corner - Skate puck up the wall and Looks for options or cycle back to corner.
F3 Supports High and reads the cycle and goes to high Slot for a passing option or retrieves puck if cycled - Skates up the wall with puck and looks for options

F1 after cycle goes to high slot to be D-side support or passing option -

Cycle until you hear a whistle. On whistle attack net quickly. Make 1 pass or attack seam and shoot.

Option 1 - Coach can pressure puck carrier and force a cycle or allow player to take the puck to the net for a shot or a pass
Option 2 - Add 1 or 2 defenders.
