Description

Drill for 5-7 kids. Can be run with an entire team with two nets if needed.

X passes to O. C is facing O, then spins around pylon to drive net. O mohawks or drags around pylon and passes to C for one timer. C must stay in defined lane.

C become O, X becomes C, and O becomes X.

Ensure passer does NOT use backhand. If on off wing they must drag around pylon.
