Description

1. On WH forchecker take a lap around center circle
2. As the Forcheckers finish the lap Coach shoots the puck in for Goaltender to handle
3 Forchecker attack as 5 man unit attempts a break out
4 After the BO occurs 2 of the 3 forwards from that line begin their lap of Center Circle.
5 As forcheckers finish Caoch shoots puck into other end for a repeat of the sequence.

Notes: Fast pace drill Forcheckers attack from Outside in and try to make the puck handlere make a play
