1. Waterfall shooting - emphasize good form and execution.
Variations - forehand, backhand, mid-deek
2. Stationary passing - emphasize soft hands, receive softly, let puck slide off blade from toe to heel.
Variations - forehand, backhand, saucer pass
3. Free for all - stick handle inside circle any way you want. Only rule is you have to keep moving the entire time.
Variations - one hand only, backwards, reverse stick.
4. Crossover - slow with emphasis on good form. Two pushes, head and shoulder level, stick pointing to center.
Variations - forward, backward, overspeed, chaser.
5. 1-1 with angling - O (Defense) and X (Forward) start by O making pass to X. Both player come around their respective cones, O tries to steer X to boards and stay square to X. Goal for O is to have X end up in corner. X wants to score
Variations - D without stick, 2-1, force forward to go wide.
6. Pivot course - pivots at cones. Maintain speed with proper execution. For-to-back lead with heels, flip at the top, head stays forward. Back-to-for open up hips and step towards direction you want to go.
Variations - slow, speed, with puck.
7. Zigzag passes - basic give-n-go, pass to player ahead and then take his place. Start out slow and attempt as many passes as possible in the zigzag pattern
