Description

Divide players in two groups. A player from each group proceeds to first pylon with a puck. Once they reach the pylon, they pivot around and skate backwards to the next pylon with the puck, to then pivot one more time to proceed to the net for a shot. To add a challenge, place coach beside net where the player passes it to them prior to pivoting backwards and then receives the puck back after the forward pivot.
