Description

Split into two even teams and line up on the outside of the blue line. On coaches whistle player skates around the circles, back out around pylon and as the coach dumps puck on goalies or the slot. Have players do something different each time going around the circles, ie fwds, bwds, pivots

Notes: Make sure the players complete the full circuit.
