Description

Coach makes a dump in with Defence allowed only to rush the puck out or pass to the partner.

Forwards pressure, using 2 1 forecheck, then when winning posession re attack with a 3 on 2.

Notes: Can also begin to show 1-2 forecheck, as well can be used for PK f/c.
Key points are rotation for the forwards
Moving feet for both, and D recovery and hinging.
