Description

FIRST DRILL Black and Orange
D gap up, receive pass, back pedal around puck, lat/north and pass back to X. Gap up, back pedal, receive pass, lat/north pass back to X.

SECOND DRILL Red
D gap up and back pedal. D2 receive pass, pass between nets. D3 lat/north, pass back to C.

THIRD DRILL Blue
D4 pass to D5. As D5 back pedals he passes back to D4 then immediately spins and repeats with D6. Drill ends with a one timer.
