Description

6 forwards in neutral zone with puck. Players are reading other players and passing with either of the two D-man. once the forward makes the pass they have to get into a support position to receive a pass back. on the first whistle one of the forward will release and go shot on net. on the 2nd whistle another, etc . Once all three are done D-men skate down ice to receive a pass from coach in the corner to take a shot on net. forward stay in front fro tip or rebound.
