Quick feet with pass warmup

Description

Drill begins with players who have the puck passing to player across from them and then takes 3 quick steps and skates hard and gets in opposite line. The player who received the pass starts the process over again.
This drill is all about quick feet and passing tape to tape while moving.

Look for proper technique passing and receiving puck.
- throw passes flat!
- receive passes and "no dusting" pass right back.
- look at player your passing to's tape on stick, not their eyes or body. The passes will be more accurate.
