Triple Threat

Description

- X starts by attacking the zone with full speed down the boards, after passing the first PEP driving to the net, makes a quick escape around small PEP (feet apart for tight turn) to the corner.
- Open up hips for the "Crosby Down Low" maneuver out of the corner (pump the back foot)
- After swinging out of the corner attack the big PEP with a "Crosby on the Fly" and a quick shot!
- C makes a pass to X for another "Net Attack" shot.
- X carries on around the backside PEP for a regroup pass and quick "Shot in Stride" from C.

Notes: - Game speed is essential when attacking the offensive zone
- Emphasis to be put on quick shots when in the open (after making the move around the PEP's)
- Receive pass cradle style then one motion shot!
- This exercise can be ran on both sides of the rink.
