Diagrams

Description

- X starts by attacking the PEP from the boards to the middle, slides the puck under and jumps over while rotating upper body to make a quick change of direction
- "Crosby Down Low" around the top of the 2nd PEP following the pattern to the middle
- Jump over the bottom PEP attacking the net for a quick shot
- Next X in line makes a short pass for a 2nd shot
- Carry on to the other side for a pass from the first O in line attacking the PEP in the same pattern
- Make the 3rd shot and get a pass from O for a 4th shot on net, finish of at the net for a rebound

Notes: - The number of shots can be determined on the calibre of the players, the passing can be added as a progression part of the exercise.
- The players in line have to be ready at all times to make the next pass!
- Have the blade of the first PEP pointed to the middle of the rink for a weak side attack.
