Description

Players from 1-5 area line up within 2' from boards holding blades of stick and body inside that line of boards. First skater in line carries puck around pylon from behind the net, back through the waiting line of team mates experiencing contact (grit) and maintaining puck control, progress around series of pylons through neutral zone area, 2 stage of grit around pylons until in slot and take shot on net.
