Shot Tip 1 v 1

Diagrams

Description

F1 starts in the corner with a puck and skates around the circle and takes a shot around the hash marks and 'posts up' in front of the net.
D1 moves just inside the blue line and receives a pass from a coach, and takes a point shot. F1 is in front to deflect the shot
or pick up a rebound.

As soon as the play is dead;
D1 skates to the pylon and pivots backwards, F1 skates the circle to the boards to receive a pass from a coach and they go down the ice 1v1.

Next group goes on the whistle.
