Description
A. Forward O has position on Defenceman X. First step is in front of D, inniate contact then with feet 10 & 2 turn off and attack the net with the puck. Rotate from X to O.
option 1= Attack low seam quick with a shot.
option 2 = Sell low seam attach and turn back to attack high seam with speed
option 3 = Attack low seam and pass to slot Forward (O)
B. Defenceman X has position on Forward O. First step is in front of the Forward, inniate contact then with feet 10 & 2 turn off and Either gain the net (option 1) or Turn up (option 2) & pass to the forward on the wall. That F then simply gives the puck to the point for a shot. D who made original Pass goes back to the net to BOX out the original F.
