Description

On whistle one player from each line leaves and gets too NZ. All six players will skate around NZ, working on hands and playing give and go with coaches. On 1st whistle, 1s go back to original zone for shot. Take long shot from outside the dots. Second whistles 2s will go back into own zone, take shot from outside the dots. On 3rd whistle 3s will shoot. Take long shot from center of zone.
