progression 1 coach gives puck to x3 who can only play below the cones and d1 must seal x3 to the boards while f1 supports. soon as pucks loose F1 picks up puck hits f3 and leaves the zone . repeat with pace

progression 2 X1 and X2 play below the cones D2 battles for puck with F1 and support once puck loose leave the zone , F3 protects seem and D pass
