Michigan Tech 1-On-1

Diagrams     

Description

1.) D1 starts drill simultaneously at both ends with puck.
2.) As D1 skates around cones, F1 at each end must time their skate back into the zone to receive a good breakout pass D1.
3.) F1 receives breakout pass from D1 and skates up ice to attack opposing D in a 1-on-1 situation.
4.) After D1 makes breakout pass, they must perform pivot and take on F1 from other end in 1-on-1.

Notes: Michigan Tech 2-on-1 is also an option for this drill.
