Description

D-Zone Coverage Review

Start with puck in corner with coach.

Have players go to their coverage areas in the defensive zone.

Move the puck to different positions in the defensive zone (e.g. opposite corner, points, etc.) and have the players shift to new spots.

After the players have the general idea, pick up the pace of passing and have the players go harder to get the puck away from the coaches.
