Description

Drill will start with players on blue and tag to red and pass puck to O. Xs get into DZ set and stop. Once set, puck will be passed to coach behind net. Xs shift into DZ set. Once set, puck will be passed to coach in opposite corner and Xs will continue to shift their DZ.

On whistle, Coach will pass to D. D will make D to D and then play puck into zone for a turnover. The O will become the F3 and upon a turnover, Xs transition vs 2 D and O will be back checker.
