Description

All four player in corners start drill on coaches whistle.
X1 and X3 skate up boards to Hi pylons.
X2 and X4 skate up boards to low pylons.
All four players deke around pylons and enter back into their starting zone for shot or deke on net.
Coach starts next group of players after all first players have made a play on net.

Notes: Use different shooting skills through out drill.
