Description

Continuous drill from both corners.
X1 starts up ice with puck.
X1 makes a pass to X2 and continues skating up ice.
X2 makes a quick pass back to X1.
X1 takes a few strides and makes a pass to X3.
X3 makes a quick pass back to X1.
X1 then makes play on net.

Notes: Rotate the passers in the middle of ice.
