Description

players start stationary scrapping the ice by pushing the blades out. (making snow). players skate around the outside of the circle with the coach inside. on command players perform "Glide"- {glide with the stick held up vertically in front "Face" - {keep gliding but turn your face towards the coach. "stick" {rotate the torso so they are still gliding but hold the stick towards the coach. "toes" { quickly turn the toes toward the coach and push down and "make snow" Repeat in other directions.

Notes: divide the groups in half and use both circles.
