Description

Drill starts in opposite corners.
F1, F2, F3,D1 and D2 start drill at same time.
D1 and D2 skate to center ice , transition to backward skating and prepare to defend.
F1 , F2 and F3 skate up ice and regroup in far zone and execute break out pass from D3 and D4.
F1, F2 and F3 then continue up ice on a 3 on 2 vs. D1 and D2.
F4, F5,F6,D3 and D4 start when previous players finish.

Notes: Coaches in place to assist players with drill.
Can add back checkers.
Add set break in systems.
