Description

First player skates forward to the blueline. Stops OUTSIDE blueline.
Skates forward toward the dot. At the dot they transition to backward skating back toward the blueline.
As soon as lead player transitions to backward, the next player races them FOREWARD to the blueline. And the drill continues.

Notes: - teach speedy c-cuts NOT cross-overs.
