Description

Coach Places puck behind the net
X Starts net front and ROLLS with the puck behid the net and Passes to O.
O is in high stack position. Mirrors puck and finds open space to recieve a pass from X

O then becomes net front and X from line moves to high stack position
Coach then places puck behind net from other side.

Continuous drill - alternating sides

Progression - Add a 3rd forward in F3 position
