Description
Os will play 3 v 3 low against the 2 D and X centerman. On whistle, The X forwards will take off on a 2 v 2 rush with X centerman and D jumping into play with O forwards back checking. The O defensemen must gap up and then communicate with the highest O forward who will back check.
