Description

Continuous drill.

Yellow D starts pass cross-ice to Black X. The Yellow D then take a puck to net for shot, then heads up ice to pivot for an eventual 2:1. Black X hits Green O in stride as they criss-cross. Green O passes to Brown X, who drop passes to Red D. Red D cross ice pass to Blue O, who headman passes to the criss-crossing Green O for the 2:1.

Repeat other direction.
