Breakout - C and W swap

Description
Typical continuous breakout except C and strong side Winger swing positions to force D to choose option. Weak side Winger either breaks to middle or straight up boards depending on pressure. The C and Strongside Winger either give and go or hit weak side winger if open.
Send two chasers for pressure.
