Description

1. 3 players break into the zone and attack 3 on 0
2. When coach blows the whistle, 3 players from the other line break down the ice the other direction
3. The 3 players who just shot backcheck
4. Drill repeats

Notes: Don't blow the whistle so fast that players can't try for a rebound. You want your players attacking rebounds!
