Description

ALL PLAYERS will start at blue line, tag to red and dump puck in to one of the coaches below goal line, players will forecheck. F1 and F2 will forecheck coaches. Coach1 will pass behind net to Coach2. Once pass is made, F1 seal middle ice. F2 force turnover. F2 quick low to high to D2. D2 quick pass to D1. F1 work to net front, F2 track to weak side post, F3 pop or present stick option for D1.

After shot, on whistle, Coach1 will have 2nd puck. All 5 players track puck and work to create turnover. Coach will turn puck over and players must transition and attack 5 v 0.
