Description

6 Lines

First drill in black, all lines going at once. X1 get feet moving, pass to X4, open up receive pass back. After X4 makes pass he gets feet going and begins drill immediately.

Second Drill in red, all lines going at once. X3 and X6 back pedal and play catch with their line. They then spin and head up ice. X3 and X6 exchange and then pass puck to player at front of line.
