Description

F1 and f4 start drill on whistle. 2 on 0 for shot and then regroup outside blue line for pass from coach. Attack 2 on 0 for 2nd shot. F2 and F3 start as soon as 2nd shot is taken and F1 and F4 turn and backcheck.
