Description

1) Power turn around cone 1, stop facing mid ice Drop to outside knee
2) Power turn around cone 1 in other direction stop facing boards drop to outside knee.
3) Skate around cone 1 towards cone 2, at cone 2 transition to backwards using inside edge of right skate. continue backwards to net.
4) Pivot to right and do Eagle turn power push to back of net, stop and to the same back in other direction.
5) Get a pass from coach and shoot on net.
