Description

Stationary stick handling - Have players take a basic hockey stance and make corrections.
Have players stickhandling stationary - focusing on Cupping the puck with the blade. "rolling" the wrists.

1. Players divided into two groups starting in the corners. Players start out of the corners with a puck, skate around a pylon, move across the blue line to the middle of the ice.
2. Players round pylon and move in to shoot on the net.
4. Players cannot go past the slot before shooting.
5. emphasize aiming for the corners of the net.
