Description

This is a relay race. Each team in the corners.
1. 1st player skates to the cone at the top of the circle, turn and pivot around the cone.
2. Skate backward to the cone along the sideboard, turn and pivot around the cone.
3. Skate forward to the cone at the hash marks, turn and pivot around the cone.
4. Skate backward to cone at the bottom of the circle, turn and pivot around the cone.
5. Skate forward out around the neutral zone face-off dot and around the far cone inside the blue line towards the puck.
6. Player skates in for a shot.
7. Puck must hit the net for the other player to start
First team with all players on one knee wins
