Description

Players line up in 3 lines at blue line, red line and blue line.
First palyer from each line skates forward, stops and gets return pass from second player in line and goes in for shot.
Each player hustles back for a second pass and shoots on the other end.

Each shooter should fill a lane and have the goalies get shots from 3 lanes.
