Description
O`s are on power play.
X`s are on PK
Start drill from stationary position
One PP defenceman is postioned in the high slot as extra forward.
Other PP defenceman is responsible for entire blue line and slides back and forth depending on puck position.
PK plays the box and try to gain puck possession and clear the zone.
Notes: Could have PK play with the disadvantage of having sticks turned upside down
