Set up as shown

Players pass the puck back and forth under control a minimum of 3 times but that is up to the coach running the drill.

When the coach blows his whistle each player takes one step backwards and passing continues again a minimum of 3 times

Each time the coach blows whistle players take 1 step backwards until they ave crossed over the blue Iines and drill starts over
