Description

X1 starts w/puck around the circle then shoots at goalie
Follows his shot, pivots (optional) to receive pass from X2, skates w/puck (backward skating optional) then shoots again at the goalie, follows his shot then ends behind the goal line.
After passing the puck to X1, X2 does the same drill on the opposite side.
Continuous non-stop.
