Description

-On coaches whistle, F passes to D swinging into the NZ.
-D makes D2D pass them passes to F entering zone.
-F takes shot on net.
-Coach blows whistle and F starts drill from opposite side.
-Defensemen rotate after (30-45 seconds)
-Progresses to 3v0, 4v0, 3v1, 4v2

Notes: Always be open to the puck
Always be moving
Quick, hard on ice passes
